Spark is a new non-profit focused on accelerating progress in emerging climate fields, starting with a focus on methane removal and enteric methane. Come hear how they view the broader methane solution ecosystem and risks, and how they're approaching roadmapping and field-building in these spaces, in order to help accelerate overall progress towards solution development and policy support.

Bio

Erika Reinhardt is a co-founder of Spark Climate Solutions, a new non-profit focused on accelerating progress in emerging climate fields, towards repairing the climate. She's a seasoned technical and impact-oriented leader, having previously started and co-led U.S. Digital Response's work to provide local election offices across the country the products and technical expertise they needed to run a smooth election, led the Payments Experience engineering group at Stripe, served as the Director of Engineering at OpenAI, and led image processing and product engineering teams at Planet Labs as Director of Product Engineering after being an early engineer there. Erika studied computer science, electrical engineering, and mechanical engineering at MIT. She lives in San Francisco with her young family.
